Love this site, very user friendly but getting error message when trying to redeem. If you’re reading this, can you please assist? Customer support is good, they just take a few days to respond which is normal for a social casino. Overall, great site. Just takes a while if you’re redeeming a bigger prize. (2k per day maximum)

Have had almost $3000 in redemptions not appear in my bank for over a week. Support doesn't respond at all. Just criminals and fraudsters. Don't use them

Hi Ryan, just to clarify, we aren't able to adjust the pay outs on any of our games. All games are operated and controlled by independent third-party providers, which is standard across all social casinos. Everything runs fairly and randomly, but we totally understand how frustrating a tough streak can feel.

Their support service is nonexistent. I’ve been waiting for the 72 pending hours to go by to redeem. Well today my redemption was returned to my account with no explanation. And I had another pending decided to cancel that one to add it all together. Now I can’t even add payment option for redemption. Feel like it’s a scam!!!! And now I’m out of 3 I will not be putting any more $$ into this site. Obsurd!!!

Since my last review about not being credited for AMOE (alternate method of entry) letters and customer support not responding, I finally did get some credits for AMOE. Customer support still never responded to me, but I don't really care anymore. They could be better about their customer support but since they did finally pay their legal obligation I am happier now. Also wish their slots had higher RTP but oh well.
