I wasn't prepared to have to make a reservation using a different app that I had to set-up an account with. Fortunately it was very easy to set things up and to make the reservation.

Fees were much more than expected above the price of the campsite.

Thanks for using Spot2Nite and for your feedback! We strive for total transparency with every Spot2Nite transaction, so you can see the cost of your spot, plus the taxes and fees from the park as well as our convenience fee to keep the platform running before you check out in the cart. I noticed you haven’t yet loaded any discount memberships into your profile, which I’d be happy to help you do! This way, any military, Good Sam, AAA, etc. discounts you may be eligible for will automatically apply to your cart for participating parks to give you the best possible price for your stay. I’m always here if you’d like to talk through your reservation or any future stays! Safe travels! Emily at Spot2Nite

Being able to book online. Some private/Good Sam parks require a call to set up or finalize a booking. I try to have everything booked in advance and find it a major hassle if I can't book and confirm online during the evening when I schedule my trips.

Hi Lowell! Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. When the company was founded, we wanted travelers to have a way to spend less time hunting for a spot and more time actually enjoying the RV adventure. We’re so glad you had a positive experience booking online! See you down the road.

No hassle booking, in fact we wanted a different spot and one was available. Quiet, clean respectable park

The website said instant delivery of tickets and still no tickets

Thank you for the review however I believe this is in error. We do not sell or offer tickets, but rather provide real-time visibility and instant booking at RV resorts across North America. We are Spot2Nite and look forward to seeing you again. Terry / Spot2Nite
