I have tried multiple collars to keep my dog safe within a boundary with no success. I live in an area with minimal service, and nothing I bought worked until I bought this collar. This collar is very precise and I feel confident that my dog is safe with the collar on. The only thing that I’ve ran into is when she is inside she has gotten false corrections due to my metal roof, but with the home zone feature this was fixed. The team has always been very quick to respond and help me with any questions or concerns that I’ve had.

We have two spot on collars for our farm dogs. The system works beyond our expectations. We have had no issues with the product operation or construction. The dogs play rough and one broke a clip for the collar. I contacted the company to purchase new parts. The customer service was exceptional. We will be buying another collar for our mastiff puppy once he is bigger.

Spot on gives me some piece of mind. I only give it 4 stars because I cannot manually correct my dogs and the occasional break in connection due to satellite interference.

Will not hold a charge on either collar I bought.

Best investment I have made. The collers work wonderful, put one on the younger dog, no problems at all. No training or anything just put it on and let them go. Bandit and Oakley love them. Kevin Slusser

Customer service was probably the best we have ever experienced in a long time. I had a couple issues but they were resolved immediately. I could have excepted a refund for resolve but I believe the quality of the device is above others so I went with excepting another colar at no cost to us. Tracking is phenomenal. To know where my pup is at the touch of a finger gives me peace of mind. Spoton provides that service!

Works very well, dog has never broke out. Wish blue tooth would connect farther out, I like to have more control with it constantly connected.

I purchase a lot of products online. Normally not requiring a contact with customer service. I miss placed the short contacts for the headset and connected customer service on my need for replacement. In less than 24 hours, customer service contacted me, I replied and J. started the replacement parts shipment to me. Without a doubt, the most responsive customer service I’ve ever contacted.
