The reason you are receiving false corrections from within the home zone could be caused by multiple factors, such as your landscape/terrain, the material and pitch of your roof, or a Home zone that is too tight to the home and needs to be expanded. With our Nova Edition, we observe 3–6 feet of drift. However, if you’re experiencing more than expected or it’s affecting your dog’s confidence with their boundaries, we want to help. Thank you for the review and feedback. Fitment plays a big role in your dog's collar comfort. To help prevent pressure sores, we reccomned being able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck. We can also provide a set of comfort wing pads that may help prevent sores from recurring. Please reach out to us when you are available so we can better understand your unique situation.
