So far our experience is mixed

So far our experience is mixed, at best. At first, the collar worked well. Tonal signaling with both tones worked within reason. Vibration also worked well. With just a few months of use, however, the collar is very intermittent in functionality. Sometimes the tones work, other times they don't. Sometimes the vibration and/or static works, others it doesn't. We have called customer service. The response time was slow (took more than 24 hours to respond) and the assistance was sort of a one-off, do this and see if it works. One-off work throughs with slow response times basically renders the collar useless. We have unfortunately gone back to placing our dog on a lead since he basically learned the collar doesn't work and therefore kept roaming into neighbors' property. When the collar works, it is great. When it doesn't customer service is slow to respond with limited assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the collar’s performance has been inconsistent, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when reliability and responsiveness are so important for your dog’s safety and your peace of mind. What you described is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we also apologize for the delay in support response times. We know that troubleshooting issues over multiple interactions can be frustrating, particularly when you rely on the collar daily. We’d appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look at the collar and work toward a more permanent resolution for you. Please reach back out to our support team with your account information so we can further investigate the intermittent behavior you experienced with tones, vibration, and correction functionality. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our product experience and customer support. Hello! We have an update for you. But first, we want to thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
