Absolutely horrible customer service, purchased a pool through Lowes from this retailer and they delivered to the wrong address and said there is nothing they can do, now I am out $700.

Horrendous!! Sadly this was the supplier through B&Q -- DHL lost the parcel .. which is not their fault .. but taking 3-4 working days to reply and then when I ask for a refund for the item that was lost .. only offering a replacement.. which I didn't want.. after asking again for a refund they didn't respond to 3 messages over the space of 7 days.. only responding after B&Q refunded my item and messaged them .. making them reply to me .. awful service .. will be thinking twice about using B&Q if they are using this supplier..

I bought a pool from them on tictok and I never received it they sent me 6 container with covers and I called no response for 24 hours already I've reported them to the better business Breau I told my bank about fraud they did on the package it has 2 different addresses for delivery

One star is generous. Or ordered a £149 garden box and while it arrived a day early it was a repackaged box from, I'm assuming, a return. It was poorly packaged, no plastic, broken styrofoam put into a box and wrapped with three nylon straps. They did not include the instructions or the hardware. They are polite and responsive with lots of "I appreciate your frustrations" "we are working to get this matter resolved" but no action. I'm still trying to get the package collected and refund issued, despite telling them when they can collect. They're ignoring my request for refund. UPDATE: After asking me for my preferred pick up date, which I had already done in prior messages, they wrote again to say that their only availability was 15th- 19th. I gave up and told them to collect on the 15th. The refund would only be issued once the product was back in their warehouse. I spent a week trying to get them to collect the item that was not a complete package in the first place and I still have to wait for a refund??? In the meantime, you'll notice that they responded to this review below. So, I followed up on Sunday 14th to their suggested contact info with my order number and my name and explained the whole situation. They wrote back a few hours later telling me that they're having problems locating my order. They requested that I provide my name and order number (I DID THAT IN MY PRIOR EMAIL) and my postal code. I provided all of that early Monday morning and in mid afternoon the order was picked up. They wrote again AFTER the item was collected with more problems finding my order and asked for more order numbers. AGAIN I wrote to say that the order was already collected and that they had no idea what was happening with my situation. Here's the kicker...They wrote AGAIN, early Tuesday morning telling me that I needed to contact a specialised support team so they can "expedite the review process"!!! What are they talking about???Now I'm waiting for my refund. This is one seriously incompetent business that should not be selling on Amazon or anywhere. It's astounding that they even exist.

I ordered a product from this company off of Amazon. The order never shipped. They said they had problems with the tracking number. They offered me a 47 dollar discount which I accepted. A week later, after still not receiving the product, I reached out again. They said they would I would have to wait a couple days for a response. They said if a refund is to be issued or if I refuse the order I have to pay $167. This makes absolutely no sense. Joshua Ketter is the CEO of this company, he should be ashamed of himself.

June, 2026: We bought a stroller through this third party Amazon seller. When we received it, we opened it, without removing anything from the carton, retaped it, and folllowed their instructions to return it. Shorty after they received it, we were provided a $165 refund, half of the $340 purchase price. The reason they provided was that it was used and not in sellable condition. If that is the case, thats the condition they sold it to us in, because we didn't unpack it. Multiple efforts to make our case with the company have resulted in the same automated message, denying our appeal. A google search reveals that this company has an established pattern of these practices. Run, don't walk away from doing business with these people

Ordered a Children’s garden slide from Amazon with 2-3 day delivery that worked as an Eid gift for my grandson. Message from Spreetail via Amazon was that it would be delivered 1 day late. On checking that day, the item had not been dispatched for delivery. Contacted Spreetail directly because Amazon refuse d all responsibility for the delays and they told me the parcel was missed by Evri. 2 days later, I had a reply from Spreetail saying my order would be delayed by a further 2 days and they offered me 10% for the inconvenience and disappointments. By this time, I had to buy a different present - an extra £50 of unplanned for purchases. My next message was that the slide wouldn’t be delivered for a further 7 days. After replying to that message, 1 day later I received an other message saying delivery was unknown. I then cancelled the order.

Spreetail along with their discount shipping partner, OnTrac, are an embarrassment to Amazon and a pain in the a** to their customers (me). Of the hundreds of Amazon deliveries shipped to me, only one delivery service delays the delivery (if they deliver at all) due to the need for address clarification: Not FedEx. Not UPS. Not Amazon. Only OnTrac will consistently pause delivery because they can’t locate the address (apparently their people don’t understand GoogleMaps…) I think I finally got Amazon to issue an order cancellation. In the meantime, Spreetail is holding my product and $$ hostage. FYI Spreetail “customer service” is offshore (Philippines) , so don’t count on help there. Lesson learned: Never buy from the Amazon seller, Spreetail.
