Took forever to get both hearing aids…
Took forever to get both hearing aids to link to Starkey even though they both connected to my Bluetooth. Settings don't seem as intuitive as I hoped but the hearing aids do the job!

Both the Audiologist and her…
Both the Audiologist and her receptionist are very helpful , take all the time that is needed and made me feel comfortable calling when I had questions after visit.

After several months of trying the…
After several months of trying the aids…due to concussions, when I use the Sid’s, I get light headed …thus I cannot use them .

The sound is never high enough to hear
The sound is never high enough to hear. Even with the best pair. I struggle to hear voices even close up
