Thank you so much for taking the time to share this shoutout for Aaryn B! It’s great to hear they were able to track down your order without the number and get everything resolved for you. Feedback like this means a lot, and we’ll be sure Aaryn sees your kind words.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and truly sorry for the disappointment with both the product quality and the surprise of the final sale restriction. That is not the kind of experience hoped for when shopping with Steep & Cheap, especially with a brand you’ve trusted in the past. While final sale items are typically not eligible for return, the situation you’ve described is concerning and worth a closer look. If you’re open to it, please give the team a call at 435-201-8959 so someone can review the order details with you and see what can be done to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience, and truly sorry for the frustration and confusion around your bundle order and refund. This is not the smooth, service-first process we aim to provide, especially when you’ve already been told one thing and then experienced another. Situations like an out-of-stock item followed by mixed messages about refunds and store credit are absolutely the kind of things we want to resolve quickly and clearly. Please give us a call at 435-201-8959 so a specialist can review your order, the email from Isabelle, and your chat with Janet, and work with you directly toward a resolution that feels fair

We’re very sorry for the trouble and disappointment you experienced with your return—that’s not the level of service we ever want to provide. Please call us at 435-201-8959 so we can review what happened with your order and do everything we can to make this right.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review, and truly sorry for the stress, inconvenience, and lack of support you experienced with your order and delivery. What you described around the mis-delivery, long wait, and then not feeling heard when you needed your gear for a class is not the level of service or empathy we ever want a customer to receive. The situation with the FedEx photo showing the wrong porch, combined with being asked to wait even longer or file a lengthy claim, understandably feels unacceptable, especially when your money and plans were tied up. We appreciate you highlighting the interactions with our team so we can address this internally and work to prevent it from happening again. We know this experience has already taken up far too much of your time, but if you are open to it, we would really value the opportunity to review your case in detail and see what can still be done to make things right. Please call us at 435-201-8959 so a specialist can look into your order history, the delivery issue, and the handling of your escalation directly with you

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and very sorry for the frustration with the canopy tent, the unclear measurements, and the way your return and service experience were handled. This is not the level of clarity, product quality, or support we want anyone to have when shopping with us. We’d really like the chance to review your order, the return decision, and your interactions with our team so we can work toward a better resolution and address this internally. Please call us at 435-201-8959 so a specialist can look into this with you directly.
