StepUP Stair provided a great product and great service. The wood craftsmanship is excellent and looks great. The company is also very responsive to any issues. I had some damage during shipping and the owner quickly responded with replacement products. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your stair projects. The prices are also good.

I ordered a size 31 and received a size 34

We are sorry that you received the incorrect size of balusters. This is the first knowledge that there was a product size issue with your item. If you would have provided this information, we would have gladly replaced the balusters immediately. We recall that this shorter length was important to you; unfortunately the longer product was inadvertently shipped. We would have hoped that you would have reached out to us instead of providing an unfavorable review before we can rectify this oversight. Without the opportunity for our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we can’t maintain our typical, outstanding 5-star product reviews.
