THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS AND OFFER FALSE PROMISES I GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD

The scheduling process was great, drug testing process, very efficient. The fingerprinting process through UPS was very inefficient, appointment were not kept, staff was stressed and hurried and location was very inconvenient. The fingerprinting process can be improved.

Sterling provided prompt services and confirmed receiving documents in a timely manner. This was my first time utilizing Sterling services. I was extremely pleased with their services.

So far I haven't heard any further from you guys with my opportunity with JC Penney's.

I spoke with John and he was very professional, demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and knowledgeable. I completed my background check and noticed that I was not asked what my maiden name was and was concerned that I might not be in compliance with the background check and therefore not a candidate for the employment opportunity. However, John assured me that all would be well and that I was in compliance and this would not affect my employment opportunity. Thank you again for your assistance.
