I was away, and you did not notify me of the delivery when it happened. This is the most important part of tracking a shipment.

We do apologize however USPS does not report the actual time and date a parcel is being delivered. Only private carriers allow for this function. We do see it has been delivered and we hope you are happy with your purchase.

The color was wrong and the engraving is off center. It appears to be a cheap stethoscope that I paid almost $200 for.

The color wasn't the same as on the website. Thus was a birthday present for My wife Dr Bailey - she was so anxious and excited to see new stethoscope box but completely disappointed with the color.

I’m so sad! I saw the satin tubing launch and I knew I had to have it! Once in a while I like to wear my hair down but it’s usually a no go bc my hair gets tangled in the tubing. I was so excited for this new option, but the cardiology iv only comes in two colors. I didn’t choose the blue because I didn’t like the silver ear and chest pieces so I went with the white it had a black chest piece. Big mistake! Huge! This is my first week using it, so today was day four and it looks like it’s 50 years old already!!! Everything comes off on that tubing! Everything stains it!
