The charts do not present intra day…
The charts do not present intra day data. There is a huge lack os assets. 5 year US bond yield and others. there is no data on brazilian stocks

The new AI Scan wizard is excellent
The new AI Scan wizard is excellent. I am able to get answers to many questions and it teaches me as I develop scans. Great Tool !!

Excellent technical support
In addition to the platform being an exceptional value. The technical support is excellent. Questions are answered accurately and promptly alone with unsolicited suggestions to enable using the platform more effectively.

Great Charting, Terrible Customer Support
I've been using stockcharts for a few months and I like the charting tools. However, I'm not very happy about their customer support. They tend to reply fast for simple questions. But anytime I ask something more complex or detailed, they basically ghost me. They ignored my emails for months even after multiple follow ups. Super frustrating. I've also noticed some data discrepancies that make me really concerned, and I've never got a solid answer from support.
