I waited for a few months to write this so it wouldn't just be my initial reaction. I have been completely sober for about 6 months now. I struggled badly for a few years and even at my very best couldn't get past the 2 or 3 week mark without drinking. It was taking an extreme toll on my life and health. This program resonated with me. From the time I started the Stop Drinking Program until current I have not had 1 drink and the funny part about it all is that it wasn't even hard. It's just like I suddenly just resumed my life the way I wanted it. Back to 100% productivity. I know there be challenges ahead and all that but this course gave me what I was missing to obliterate alcoholism in my life. I've also been able to help a few others with the ideas and philosophies presented. When my wife or friends drink around me or I am on vacation, etc I just laugh at how great my life is without poison in it. Don't need it, don't want it and I never will moving forward - Thanks Craig!

I am enjoying this course so much. i went on a bender lastnight and had a blackout. i know that my husband i got into a fight. I woke this morning and loggged onto the course. I appreciate this reset. I am trying so hard to combat this drug "alcohol". This course helps so much with that. I feel reset today, and today is a new day. Thank You Craig

This course is extremely helpful and well-worth your time and money. The teaching and coaching are borne out of experience and expertise. The sessions are informative and engaging. The exercises drive it home. Sometimes I am led to laugh at myself; other times I just shake my head because I know that all that Craig is saying is true. I can do this. You can do this.

Each part of the course is opening my eyes to what alcohol really is a poison the example to stepping on a land mine and nothing happens till you take your foot off then there is an explosion you drink alcohol for the first time and there's a glow after that its all downhill and brainwashing by adverts and learnt behavior's from family members and when you try to stop there's an explosion of unknown fears each part of the course makes more sense and makes me want to be alcohol free for the rest of my life. Thanks Craig this course is life saving.

Really motivated by this course, did the on-line 14 day first and now on my second reading of Alcohol Lied To Me. On day 9 now of this program, all going really well, feel supported and can recognise myself in all the excuses, but more importantly in all the advice and learnings. Listing to other Audio books and podcasts on my walks. Thank you Craig.
