Hollyland TechnologyReviews of store.hollyland.com

I bought the HL Lark M2 usb-c the mic's have a really great clean sound, they are really good quality and the overall acessories that come with it. The team from Hollyland its amazing and always ready to help. Thank you for this great product and the overall experience. I hope I get more of your gear in the future.

The support was excellent. They found that I did two purchases in a row and wrote to me asking if was something wrong and in fact it was. They fixed and refunded to me 100%. I feel really they support and taking care. Of course I love the quality of this microphone for my daily work.

Hollyland (Callie) was extremely responsive and provided a detailed description of what I needed to do in order to resolve my issue. Callie's approach took time and forethought to address my issue specifically. Hollyland provides great support!

I had a very good experience. The product arrived on time and it was exactly as I wanted. I then contacted the customer service because I needed a receipt for tax purposes. Within a day, I received what I needed. Very good experience.

In July 2026, I ordered the LARK M2 Combo Version from the European Hollyland website. I decided to order the full Combo package, but I was a little confused about what was actually included in the box, so I contacted customer support. They replied to my email very quickly and provided a detailed explanation, screenshots, photos of the package contents, and all the information I needed. They also answered my follow-up questions and gave me a thorough consultation, which I really appreciated. My order arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria, in less than a week, which exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. The customer service, communication, delivery speed, and genuine care for the customer were all excellent. Thank you very much! The product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Everything included in the package matched the description on the website.

Ottimi prodotti, ne ho tre diversi, e un servizio clienti al di sopra di ogni possibile aspettativa!

I feel guilty in being so late in giving this wonderful review to Hollyland Technology. I love the product that I purchased and have actually had no trouble with it at all. Therefore I can't yet comment on customer service but everything arrived on time and intact and I would definitely recommend Hollyland Technology for anyone else. I know I will be using them again.
