Responded quickly! They kept going back and forth and told me what they needed and I was able to get the help that I needed. Despite me being busy and giving slow replies, they were quick to respond back each time I sent a message.

I put the wring email in and therefore didn't get any tracking information or confirmation of my order. I emailed customer service and they were back in a flash with all of the necessary information.

The customer service representative Derek is the one that made my experience Five Stars. I ordered the Kamvas 24 inch 4k monitor and it had some issues. Normally episodes like this turns into a nightmare, but Derek was amazing. He identified the problem, gave me step by step explanations on how to address the problem, and now I'm extremely happy with my Huion monitor. Initially, I was expecting to ask for a refund and move to Wacom, but Derek was the difference-maker and really turned everything around for me. I'll be recommending Huion on my friends and family. Thank you.

Huion products are great, and their customer support is something to keep in mind when choosing a product. I happened to contact them a couple times through the years and they were always fast at answering and very keen on helping. It makes a difference when you rely on these devices for work. This time my issue didn't have a solution unfortunately, but the customer service person (Evence X) explained everything clearly to me and assisted me in choosing a replacement, so even if my problem wasn't solved, I'm still satisfied with the customer service.
