Shamecia and Patricia were extremely helpful. I feel like my valuables will be safe and secure. And, I do like the location because it is convenient and located where there is a lot of police presence.

I have tried to cancel my rental within 24 hours of renting the property, however they would not allow me to get my money back.

Hi Nina, We have looked into your concerns and will be having a customer support representative reach out to you directly. Your refund will include rent, however the tenant protection plan and administration fee are non-refundable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience on your part.

The Door says 24 hour access available and 6am- 10pm Everyday Access, this is a complete lie. They give you a code for no reason, the only time you can use the code is during office hours and after the office is closed they put a lock on the gate ...so you can't use either door .. i left work early just to get her before 7 and they close at 4 today

Hi Jessica, We are so sorry to hear the hours were unclear – that must have been very frustrating. The sign on the door does say those hours, however while the property is undergoing construction, the access hours are only during office hours. We have signs posted on the front door, both windows and on the elevators, this is also explained to all new move ins. Additionally, the website has the correct office and access hours. We hope this clarifies!
