Fast and Efficient Service.

I'm new to Shopify and the StoreFAQ app. I had questions during the design process of my StoreFAQ app and initially spoke to a StoreFAQ agent via chat. The chat agent responded promptly and went above and beyond by suggesting I connect with an agent via a video meet. I had the opportunity to work with Amit. Amit was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He assisted me with the complete design and configuration of my StoreFAQ app. I would highly recommend the StoreFAQ app as well as the other Storeware products.

I really enjoy Using this app

I'm using StoreFAQ for my shopify store. It's pretty easy to set up but I ran into a bit of a hiccup after changing one of the settings. I was able to get an answer along with a video tutorial (super helpful) from a support team member right away. This makes a huge difference when you're tasked with so much. Great support reduces the overwhelm!
