Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

Bought suitcase from Suitcase.com. We are very satisfied with the price and service. Would buy again.

When Suitcase.com were unable to complete my order because of a supply issue. They quickly and courteously informed me and reversed my credit card payment.

I had a great experience at Suitcase.com. They had the lowest prices on the luggage I wanted, and I shopped around quite a bit. They also personally took care of me, with a very nice person over the phone, to make sure that my suitcases arrived in a short time, before my trip. This included the rep calling to their west coast warehouse and arranging the shipment from there. He then followed up with me by phone to let me know the plans. The suitcases arrived on time, in great shape, and we are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely be shopping with them for my travel needs. Thank you!!

Great bag for business traveler. Perfect for weekend or 2.3 trips

I was impressed with the quick service and shipping. Another company couldn't (or wouldn't) fill this order, so I was glad to find these folks.

RE: Shipment #100036606 for Order #100042009 Ricardo Beverly Hills Roxbury 2.0 19" Soft Face EZ Access Mobile Office Color: Brushed Silver I bought this carry-on piece expecting that it will be acceptable by all airlines. Was about to use it for the first time traveling to Australia and New Zealand next month. After checking with the airlines I found out that this carry-on piece exceeds their size requirements, and hence, cannot be able to use it. It is total disappointment.

somewhat flimsy, though light wt. no middle handle which is disappointing.

I ordered a Samsonite suitcase from them. I received my package in a timely manner in perfect condition. Great price....free shipping. Suitcase.com could not be beat!! Would definitely purchase from them again.
