Summit Mortgage was great to work with at the start, but service took a serious dive after they knew they had our business. They worked really hard to get our business, but did not follow through once we committed to working with them. Communication was poor, our contact person left halfway through the process, and they did not seem to know what they were talking about.

Entire process was top notch. Johnathan , Leah, & staff at Panther lane in Naples provided the final product that sailed thru my closing event. The folks at Conroy, Conroy, & Durant PA were very complimentary as well, regarding the Summit Mortgage Corp packages.
