I saw an ad for this dog food called Sundays, and I thought I would try it. When I ordered the product to try, I got a discount. What I didn’t realize was they signed me up automatically for monthly shipments and the shipment that I got cost me $350. BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS THEY’RE CROOKED AND THEY’RE GREEDY.

33 day subscription came at 15 days and cost more than the original quote. Came with no packing slip. Over $100 for 72oz?!?

I really didn't want to have to do this. I'll just start with that. My dogs absolutely love Sundays for dogs. I buy 576 oz. In every order I put in. I spend over $700 each time. The order I just received, I only received half the order. I even got an email telling me that I only received a partial order. I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks, since September 19th, with nothing but an automated message saying to be patient. I'm worried I'm going to run out of food before they get back to me. I do not pay this kind of money to have them ignore issues like this. If I put in an order for 576 oz and pay over $700 up front, I expect to receive the whole 576 oz. of food that I ordered. If something isn't done I unfortunately am probably going to have to look into a different dog food. I really didn't want to do that cuz my dogs love Sundays. It's like a doggie crack to them. They absolutely love it. But $700 is a lot of money when I have to be worried that I'm not going to receive my order. So unless something is done, this is taken care of, I might have to start looking for different options.

Do not order from Sundays. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. Phone calls end in hang ups. Automated system cannot complete your request and emails go unanswered.

Attentive to product detail, quality and shipping- it’s apparent they love animals and desires a quality product for dogs! This is the only food. My puppies will eat when we first got them four years ago we tried several high-end products. They would not eat a one we landed on this product and have never looked back. They are healthy at every veterinarian checkup, and are thriving. Best dog food ever worth every penny, my prayer is that they will never stop making it!

Need to apologize. I thought the food caused a reaction of my boxers lips but I think it was something else. I even posted it. Sorry sorry it's great food . My dogs love it. You do however need to tell people it's a subscription not just a one time orde

Extremely difficult to cancel a subscription I did not ask for. I contacted them multiple times and they still tried charging my account which I had to keep money out of to keep them from getting it They sent a message asking me to contact them and they would fix the problem however they still tried to charge me for a few months. I’m waiting now to find out if they’re going to try again. Hopefully they finally fixed the problem.

Deceptive ordering. Did a trial bag, it said nothing about a subscription and your "account" wasn't automatically set up until the order shipped. No notice of subscription or upcoming shipment and charge until I saw it on my credit card. My dog is picky and didnt like the food but still would have been in the introductory food swap period before the second bag was shipped. $163 wasted. Refund denied and no offer to try a different flavor.
