Lack of transparency

I was shopping for a sauna for my business and wanted prices for the different units and possible features. I filled out the inquiry form, hit commercial interest, and send. I got a call from a man who turned out couldn't help me as he was from residential use, and he said someone from commercial would call me in 15min. I never got a call that day. Three to four days later I finally got a call from a woman named Bri, who asked if I had time for an online demo. We scheduled one for the next day. She calls, and when she finds out I'm still in the budgeting phase, she decides to cancel the whole thing and send me an email with just an ROI graph. I wrote back asking for hard numbers for cost comparison analysis between all the units and she wrote back that there's no such thing as set prices and that they change based on stock and when they ship. This lack of transparency just guaranteed I'll take my money elsewhere. Even car dealers and the housing market have more transparency and you're investing significantly more money, so there's no reason they can't provide a price list upon request. Update:11/13/2023 Upon reading my review, I heard back from both Bri and the head of commercial, Robert. They both wanted to rectify my experience. I spoke to Robert on the phone this morning who was apologetic and sincere about listening to my experience and finding ways to improve it in the future. We went over the numbers for several models, and I felt more confident in having the information necessary to evaluate an investment. I appreciate the fact they were both legitimately sincere in trying to make the situation right. We are still not ready to buy, but when we are, if we decide to go with sunlighten I will update the rating accordingly.

The sauna is great
The sauna is great. Four stars instead of five only because there is no way on Earth that the IV sauna is for four people -unless they know each other very well! It is OK for three, but really for two. As I only bought it for my wife and me, it suits us fine.

Customer service took care of the issue quickly
Customer service took care of the issue quickly. I did not receive what I ordered and I contacted customer service. I got what I originally ordered within 2 days.

Great product, poor service
Love the product, customer service and marketing leave a bit to be desired. Seems once I signed the paperwork, it was tough to get anyone to respond. Delivery was a mess as carrier thought he was leaving it on the sidewalk (I’m in a retail strip mall and the sidewalk is common public space). The spa was sold to my salon business and Sunlighten was aware of that. When I called during the standoff with delivery, no one was available.

This is our second sauna
This is our second sauna. we remodeled and decided that we wanted a larger model. We were able to sale our other one that was 6 years old at a fair price. They drove over 200 miles to pick it up because they also knew what they were getting. The staff have been very help and prompted to answer any questions.
