Fantastic experience from start to finish! Scott was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and clearly knew the product inside and out. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. He made a big purchase feel comfortable and exciting. I couldn’t be happier!

Ryan Williams was amazing during the…
Ryan Williams was amazing during the inquiry and eventually the sales process with Sunlighten. I had already done weeks worth of analysis and visiting local dealers of saunas when I contacted Sunlighten (Ryan). He called immediately upon my contacting Sunlighten and walked me through a long but very informative presentation of Sunlighten’s history and product line. He professionally answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Ryan made the difference in my final decision to go with Sunlighten!

Sales person was pushy
Sales person was pushy. Would not take no for an answer. I fell like I got suckered into the purchase.Never answered me when I wanted to make a return. When I contacted the company -- no returns at the time.

Rene was fantastic
Rene was fantastic. We met initially in the chat function on the website, and later scheduled a call. She helped me to understand the models, and helped me to make a choice that was best for us. We received our sauna on-time. It was packaged well, and we were able to build it easily with the instructions provided. We are very happy with our purchase.

Larissa Rodriguez was amazing. She made this experience seamless. She was quick and efficient with her responses. She was helpful but not pushy which is extremely important to me. I hope that the sauna is as good as the experience of purchasing it. I am super excited to start my sauna journey!!
