Absolutely love the product. At first I was intimidated to put it together. It made sense once I really took time to look at it. The actual sauna sessions are superb. Gets to about 145 F in about 30-45 minutes.

Was able to order a 3 corner unit using HSA cc put in my order and it shipped in a couple weeks. Everything was fine and worked.

Service overall was prompt and courteous. There was however one glitch in the process. Initially the wrong stove was shipped, which was corrected in a second delivery, resulting in some delay.
