We had some initial minor delivery challenges but both the delivery carrier and Sun Valley came through with great customer service. Wes, Aryanna, and the entire Sun Valley team were great. The sauna is perfect and the entire family is loving it. We are very satisfied with the product, service, and the entire customer experience.

Terrible experience, both on the initial order and on follow up. Lots of finger pointing on where the fault lay, but ultimately it has to be the Sun Valley Sauna’s responsibility to ensure that products get ordered properly, are shipped in a timely fashion, and communicate that to the customer. Waiting for 3 weeks to let the customer know that a different item needed to be ordered in order for different items to work together is unacceptable. So was shipping the wrong item when that got cleared up. And neglecting to send the return shipping label until over a week later (and not until I called to again inquire about how to ship the item back.) 11/28/2022 addendum. I did have someone reach out to promptly after posting this review, and received a nice apology, as well as financial compensation to help make up for the missteps. They obviously did feel bad about how things had gone. It did make me feel this likely was an aberration in their proces. Hats off to them for making things right.

Mitch - I am sorry you had such a terrible experience. Our distributor sent out return labels upon our requests and during your return they changed the return process. That is why it took so long. It’s not an excuse, however, for the poor experience you had and I am giving you a refund of $500 on your order as an apology. Again, I am terribly sorry for such a poor experience. - Wes

Not that the company is bad. I bought a Havia Sauna Heater that has only worked 3 weeks out of the last 3 months. Parts were sent to repair, got three uses and the heater quit again. Now waiting for more parts hopefully to repair again. The company is working with me, however, I still have a heater that has worked all of 4 times in 3 months. Very frustrated.

Loren - I understand that you're frustrated with your Harvia heater. We have done everything to remedy the situation as you have let us know you're having problems, and we are happy to send you an entire new heater. Harvia is an established company who has been making sauna heaters since the 1950s and this is not a typical experience for most users. The purchasing experience of the sauna was smooth and the delivery was timely. Unfortunately the directions to assemble the sauna were awful. Fortunately I found a video on Youtube.com that helped me with the gaps in the directions that came with the shipment. Now that the sauna is completed I am very pleased with the product and look forward to many years of enjoying it with my family.

They did their best to make a bad situation better and I appreciate the willingness to turn it around. Shipping issues are common in manufacturing industries. Received a broken back sauna wall/panel and missing air ionizer but they sent replacements. Customer service is responsive and works with you to fix the issues. In the meantime, I can tell you that the unit is very nice and it is worth the money. Great raw materials, works wonderful and I've enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to having replacement parts so it will look as good as it feels. THANK YOU
