the sauna works perfectly, the whole family is very happy, the order came quickly, packed perfectly, there is no damage. The only thing we decided to buy an infrared lamp for the sauna. Thank you very much, we are happy

Sun Valley Saunas was great. TFORCE shipping kept changing their shipping schedule. Consequently the sauna arrived a week late.

We bought a Dynamic (Versaille version) far infrared sauna from Sun Valley Saunas and what an amazing experience it's been! Sun Valley Saunas sent out the sauna quickly, within a couple of days of my order. The sauna was quite simple to put together. It takes 2 people because each piece is heavy, but it's very similar to putting together a Lego set. Just follow the directions and you'll soon have an awesome sauna to relax in! Everything in the sauna worked right from the start and my husband (6'6") and I fit into it with a little room to spare. I'd recommend this brand and Sun Valley Saunas any day!

When I ordered this sauna, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It took 7 months. I was told several times “It will be here in two weeks”. Now that I finally received and assembled it, I can say it is definitely not worth the money. It is extremely cheap and flimsy. Anyone considering the purchase of one of these should look elsewhere, this is definitely a ripoff

Shawn - unfortunately due to the global pandemic we're still experiencing major delays in the supply chain. When orders are placed for out of stock items it is unfortunately beyond our control as to when they come back in stock and when they get shipped out. I'm truly sorry that it took so long to get you your sauna. Trust me, nobody is winning with these insane delays and we are being very up front with our customers now on the possibility of long wait times for Enlighten saunas. In regards to the quality of the sauna you purchased, Sun Valley Saunas is an online retail store and we sell a bunch of different brands of saunas, sauna heaters and stoves. You purchased an Enlighten Moonlight (Enlighten is the brand) sauna through us, and I'm sorry you're so unhappy with the quality of the sauna. I will put you in touch with Enlighten to address any specific issues you have and hopefully rectify the situation. It does come with a three year warranty, and hopefully we're able to make you happy. Lastly, I did offer to give you a partial refund to compensate you for the time it took to deliver your sauna. I am still happy to do that and will put it through tomorrow. I'm terribly sorry you've had such a poor experience with our business and hope we're able to turn this around. Wes
