I purchased a new case with belt clip for my Galaxy S26. I had it for a few months and the belt clip portion broke. I contacted support and worked with Vera. It was under a warranty and Vera was quick to respond and resolve my request by sending a new case out. Thank you for your help Vera.

Great customer support service, I bought a case for my phone and unfortunately the belt clip broke after a few months. I sent them an email and they immediately send me a new one, honoring their 1 year warranty.

Customer support service was excellent and prompt to send a replacement case. The latch of the belt holster breaks after few months use. Reinforcement or other retaining method is needed. This happened to other models also.

Thank you so much for your honest review. We’re glad we could get a replacement out to you quickly, and we fully understand your concern about the belt holster latch. We will send your valuable suggestion about reinforcing the latch design to our product development team for evaluation.

Supcase’s are really solid, excellent protection. However, the plastic screen is not that great, probably needs changing on a 6-12 month basis, but the case itself would likely last for years!

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback! We’re happy to know you love the sturdy protection our case offers. We will pass your comment about the plastic screen film to our product team for further review.
