I had a issue with the delivery where I didn't realise it could take up to 2 weeks to come, so wanted to cancel as my phone had already arrived, but Camille helped me out and sorted and give a partial refund, and the case arrived only 4 days later which surprised me. I have s24 plus and the case is a good quality much better than the cheap one I got off amazon and I do plan to buy from them again, thank you very much Camille, for you help and patience.
