The Megaphones are great! Sturdy, durable and a perfect size. I ordered the white 25’ megaphone, can’t wait to decorate them with all the cheer decals! Shipping and delivery was quick & easy! I would definitely recommend Superior Cheer!

This review is not a remark on Lori (representative who helped me) rather a review on some poor business practices. I ordered an in-stock single cheerleading uniform with ample time to arrive to me in time for a theatrical production. The order processed, payment confirmed, got a confirmation email with order #. I called today to follow up on the status because I never received tracking information. For some reason the order was put on hold, cancelled, or there was an issue. Lori could not tell me exactly because she was given insufficient access to more details. I now have to wait till Monday (today is Friday) to even find out if the uniform is in limbo, shipped and arriving, or order got cancelled. We open our production on Tuesday, so now it is just too late.

The order process was pretty simple, however, when I didn’t receive my order, I called and they “warehouse” had no record of the order. I will say that the nice lady emailed me the next day and the order would supposedly ship the next day. Hopefully, I will receive it soon.

I ordered a size 7 1/2 for my 13 year old daughter and they fit nicely. There is a little wiggle room in the toe which is good. They are very nice looking shoes and excellent quality so far.
