My card was charged when I placed my order back in the beginning of March and now again on 4-5-21 when I only received one item.

Thank you for letting us know. When placing on order online, there is a pre-authorization that is pending on the transaction. The card is actually charged when the item ships and the pre-authorization falls off. If you have any further questions, you may contact [email protected] -Andrea Stonestreet, Customer Care

They did an awesome job getting us what we wanted quickly! The prices were very fair and they worked quickly over the holidays. They also worked quick to make the changes we requested. Only thing I wish they did was give us more design options in the process.

Thank you for the amazing review! We do start the design process with some of our more popular styles for those who need a quick turn around, but our prints can be completely customizable. We look forward to working with you in the future. Amanda - Customer Care Team
