I ordered my daughters cheer shoes back in November and still have not received them. The web site said it would take 3-7 business days to arrive. I understand the postal service is running slow however I have waited for over a month for her shoes to arrive. She is set to start practice in just over 2 weeks.

Thank you for your review. The postal delays are extreme this year due to the lack of manpower within the postal system. We apologize for the delay they are having that is causing packages to not deliver in a timely manner. If you have not already contacted us, please email us at [email protected] with your order number or the name and address used for the purchase. We can provide your tracking number and website information for you to watch for updates from the postal system. Again, we apologize for the postal delay. Thanks, Amanda - Customer Care Team

The kiddos loved their blankets!! We ordered blankets and had them designed for our team, and personalized for each person. Throughout the process we were constantly communicated with about our product and it’s design. Overall it was an easy and stress-free process!
