We received metal chairs with a wooden veneer back & seat from Superior Seating and they arrived without damage, are very comfortable, and look great within the Mellow Mushroom restaurant. Highly recommend and will order from Jane again for stores in the future!

Customer service was outstanding! Very helpful and responsive staff...and the tables and chairs were delivered in a timely fashion considering how quick I needed them! The tables and chairs look nice and feel sturdy, except for the fact that they scratch very easily. Even lightly pulling a cardboard box from one side of the table to the other scratches it...and that was determined by accident. Other than that, great product!

Quality tables in both look and structure. The only hard part was the minimum order amount so not ideal for smaller establishments. Ordering process was easy and the turnaround time was better than expected since ordered during a global pandemic.

Superior Seating assisted me in ordering my tables and bases after I had a cancellation with another company. SS was able to provide great customer service with respect to ordering the proper base sizes and most importantly sending my order in a timely manner. I experienced pleasant communication and customer service from ordering, to following up on shipping, to sending a youtube video on assembly. I would however suggest the company using a different shipping contract as I had to unload 60 items off a semi-truck myself which posed to be a task in itself. Aside from that, the shopping experience was a pleasure.

Items were of expected quality and delivery was very quick. Thankyou Superior Seating.

I would give a five star if the delivery company had been working with us instead of changing what they committed to and delivering at times that were not agreed upon.

Great company.... ordered chairs for my entire restaurant...came quickly, and I love them. Ordered two additional chairs and the shipping was as much as the chairs. Additionally my order was misplaced, but once I contacted the company, the problem was solved very quickly. Very professional, friendly staff. I would order from them again, and I recommend them to my friends in the business.
