Superior Van and MobilityReviews of superiorvan.com

The van itself is great !! I have rented 5 times to transport my mother to appointments & have had great experiences each time, until the last. The admin person was not friendly at all & offered no alternative to returning the van. The customer service was poor, in all.

Delay in getting van

I appreciate the work they do to get parts for our van. There was no one at the desk and it caused a much longer wait than I would have wanted.

Acknowledged they knew manufacturer wouldn't send a certain part with product and waited until I arrived to make a custom part that took three hours and a half with me immobilized because you had my chair!

When my husband and I first called to inquire about what type of wheelchair ramps they had, the person I talked to did not have good organizational skills at all! He did not act very professional! He was frivilous in his actions! I had to always ask him when he would have certain info, when he would call back, what does this term mean, etc..... The guys that put the ramp together were great! The girl that was the receptionist was to say the least, dressed very inappropriately! 3-4 inch heels that she had trouble walking in, very tight skirt, too much make-up on, wild looking hair--get my drift? This kind of business should have a woman that looks business-like, not like she's going to a wild party! When you are shelling out tens of thousands of dollars for a wheelchair ramp, you should be treated like a king or queen if you want that families repeat business!
