His assistance with the VA, USAA, explaining car features and completing required paperwork was exceptional. Since we were purchasing from out of state, we needed more assistance with getting familiar with the van from afar, as well as transporting the van across state lines after purchase. David was so forthcoming and accommodating with our every request. Videos of the entire van (inside and out) were sent to give us an "in person" vantage point.
