I found the folks at SuperLogics to be extremely helpful. From assisting me with the configuration of my system, to expediting my order and providing service after the sale they were professional and courteous. I will make my all of my future rack PC purchases from SuperLogics.

Have used SuperLogics for the past year or so for my companies custom computers. The computers are always as ordered and have not had any problems. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

We have purchased several machines from Superlogics and all of them have been very reliable. This time we purchased a server that we thought was DOA, After a call to their tech support it was decided it needed to be returned. Superlogics techs quickly figured out that there was really nothing wrong with the hardware and that there was a two step process to start the PC for the first time. They sent the PC back to us very quickly. They made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible.

Thank you for your order. Thank you also for editing the description of your review to reflect that the system you and our tech support person thought may be DOA was in fact working perfectly. Your case helped us identify questions that our support personnel will be able to ask in the future on the phone to avoid unnecessary computer returns. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you again for your order and we look forward to working with you next again time.
