Best customer support! I ordered my mattress and ended up with my friends mattress so I had to return this one. They were politely and timely in their communication and I returned mattress in no time! And it shipped the next day after I ordered so definitely fast!

I bought this mattress and list it in a flood to Hurricane IAN I reached out to them to find my order and had nothing left to give them information because it was under 4 ft of water! I really did get a great nights sleep with this mattress it was everything the described And when I get to re order I will. Thanks to their great customer service they provided the invoice for this to happen. Also have their pillows and these too are very comfortable.
