I've been using VPNs for a long time, and if you're paying $2.5 bucks a month, you should get much better speed. Most of their servers can barely pull 10mbps and seem way too congested. Any other international VPN with half the price can easily pull 30+ with no hassle. Perhaps this is just for people who only use this for light browsing, but again, at this pricing, CyberGhost, PIA or NordVPN can get me 3x the speed. I did contact their support, and all I got was that "We're working on it." That's not something you'd get from any other VPN service provider at this price range. This answer would be expected if it was free.
