Take CommandReviews of takecommandhealth.com

I have comments on the Administrator side, employees names are alpha order by first name - most databases are by last name. Email addresses cannot be edited. Login process is cumbersome and difficult for employees that receive the link.

The responsiveness on inquiries have been extremely delayed. As an employer, we can't go a week or more between questions and answers.

Amanda was very knowledgeable and experienced. Making this a much easier process!

Both Jacob and Gigi were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made my experience seamless. I am one satisfied customer!

I cannot seem to get assistance in setting my account up. I am extremely frustrated.

They literally held my hand - the process was something that I was dreading, but it actually so much easier than I expected. I had a few questions, so I spoke with a representative who was knowledgeable and pleasant as punch!

This was the first time I worked for an employer that offered TakeCommand services and I'm hooked! The marketplace was incredibly user friendly and I set up a call to discuss my plan options with an enrollment specialist. She was kind, helpful and helped me pick a plan with ease. I would definitely recommend using them!

Videos were not helpful and lacked instructional content. There were no clear instructions on how to accomplish payments. I would rate it one star except for the fine visual quality of the website and video appearance. In other words, it looks good but is not helpful.
