I can’t really rate it right now because it’s for a birthday present a few months from now. The shipping time was great though. They shipped it the time they said they would.

I love my toothbrush timer and the battery lasted through my entire 18 day vacation! The travel pod is not working great at all. Batteries quit after 1 day and toothbrush does not fit smoothly in it

The product is fantastic, but paired with the shipping... I thought the delivery time was a bit too long. I also need to buy a travel case with my toothbrushes. Did I understand correctly that I should get a travel cleaner and extra heads per brush?

The actual toothbrush may be fine but it missed yesterday’s delivery date. From experience , the Customer Service number has the “CEO” talking about here to support you and then before you can leave a message the line goes dead. Took a week for an email response and 3 more emails to have question not answered. Waiting on a Tao brush that should have delivered yesterday. I called the courier SPEEDX at the number on the tracking info and the number was disconnected. Buyer beware!

Is a big experience compared to other toothbrushes I forgot went I ordered my toothbrush I didn’t get the Traveling case it was supposed to come with the toothbrush I hope it was just forgot to sent it please send it to me ty
