I like not having to look at the toothbrush bristles when I’m in my bathroom. The design is very cool. The minute I started brushing my teeth, I could feel that it was very gentle but really moving in my mouth! Who knew brushing could be fun? And the ultrasonic cleaning feature is awesome.

Impressed ... I've used the brush for about a week and really am enjoying it. The disinfecting was the reason I looked at it to begin with, and I really like feeling that my brush is being sanitized. I also appreciate the extra brush heads and whitening pens that came with it. A great value and fast shipping. Two thumbs up!

I was charged $98.95 on 07/10/2026 for the item and it did not arrive for over 30 days. the status still said it was processing so I called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel it. I refused the package when it finally arrived the second week of August and have yet to see my refund. I tried calling Customer Service today and was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected and I tried your CHAT however was told for 45 minutes I was being routed to a human which never happened. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow and dispute your charge since I refused the item upon delivery.

It's a major improvement from the battery operated Oral B tooth brushes I've been using. My teeth feel cleaner and I love that the holder sterilizes and charges the toothbrush.

I was excited to see the email that item had shipped but I never got one. I had been charged so I knew I ordered it. I reached out to customer service who went above and beyond to find my account. They found it even though I had a typo and were able to update me!! I love this toothbrush. My teeth feel so clean after using it!!

The device seems very well made, with nice features. Happy so far. The delivery was fairly slow and was delivered to the wrong address. No proof of delivery no photo just "said delivered; it was not . Thanks to an honest neighbor blocks away it was hand delivered, it clearly had the correct address on the box. DHL just made a mess of it.

Everything in good working order. Directions very clear on how to use. I like the size of the toothbrush. Just right for my small mouth!
