The customer service people were quickly responsive when I contacted them with a charging issue on my original TAO toothbrush system. I was given some things to try and when those didn’t correct the issue, turned me over to a department where it was determined that a replacement would be sent. I was kept advised at every stage and was given tracking info when the replacement was shipped.

It cleans my teeth very well. I like the idea that the toothbrush remains sanitary. Haven’t used the travel germ shield or the whitening pens, as yet, but appreciate that they were included for free with my purchase. Also included for free was 2 extra whitening brush heads. As one brush head is supposed to last 3 months, I should be covered for several months.

Advertising really caught my eye. I wasn't even looking for a sonic brush and ultrasonic cleaning device, but due to that ad that I saw only once, I bought one. It works great and can already see my stains fading. It's also nice because it encourages a 2-minute brushing session. I talked about it at work and with family. I've been asked to share my literature with those interested in getting one. Never knew what I was missing with a regular brush. Thanks to the Advertising team for showing me the way.

This toothbrush is a game changer! My teeth are already whiter after ,2 days.
