The vibrating force of the unit is way to strong even at the alternate levels. The travel unit is way too large and bulky. Price of unit in my opinion isn’t worth the value. I’ve only used this unit4 times and returned to using my original oral b toothbrush. What is your return policy?

The sanitizer is not working on the dark green one. No blue light comes on when toothbrush is replaced in unit. ☹️ Will you please replace it?

The shipping time was slow…but worth the wait, so far. Customer service responded fast when I had a question. Takes a bit to get used to, but both my husband and I like the Tao toothbrush! My only question is when I ordered two why didn’t I get double the free gifts?

I felt the difference in my teeth right away. They were brighter, whiter, and felt terrific. I love the "pauses" reminding me to switch to another quadrant. I got my husband one too and he said he has noticed a difference in the whiteness of his teeth also. We are seniors and realized we needed to do more to take care of our teeth. Thank you for a great product.
