I love my new toothbrush, but have noticed the white light flashing quite often and it not always sanitizing after being reinserted. I have tried a lot of different things and still am having issues. I have only had it for a couple of days and am wondering if this is a common problem or if I have a bad base?

I love how clean my teeth feel and look. I'm seeing some whitening of my teeth, too. The only things I don't care for is the feel of the high pitch vibration when I unintentionally touch the back of the toothbrush to other teeth and that it doesn't do great getting between tight teeth. I would love it if you added a spray flosser!

Ordering & shipping was great, the product is good quality but doesn’t get my teeth as clean as my old Phillips sonicare brush.

Everything was easy- I ordered waited for delivery which was pretty fast. I cannot believe the difference! It seems like the TAO vibrates at a faster rate and the bristles on the brush are softer. My teeth are already whiter- like after I go to the dentist and get them cleaned. I highly recommend this product!

The brush is good. Have had the experience of cleaning unit coming unplugged while I was out of town with the brush still in the charging phase. For some reason it ruined the disinfecting/charing unit entirely. You graciously replaced it. Brush great, but your delivery outfit for replacement brushes are a bunch of lying lazy dogs. Get another one. “Speedy” I think it was called.
