When I received my order the toothbrush worked fine, but the charging and cleaning base did not work. I reported the issue and a replacement base was immediately sent. I appreciate the efficiency and speed in which the issue was addressed and rectified.

Love the brush. After about a month the base was not lighting up or charging. I called customer service because I originally thought my base was defective but it turned out to be the cord. Sent me a new cord right away and so far all is great and working . Great product and great customer service .

I like the soft colors a toothbrush works miracles. My teeth have never felt so clean. I also bought one for my granddaughter and she’s enjoying hers. Also, now all I have to do is order the subscription for the brushes and will be all set. Everyone should have one.

I received my order promptly and really liked the unique and beautiful packaging and design of the toothbrush. I also really liked all the extra gifts included in the package. Upon using the toothbrush for a few days I found I did not like the narrow head of the brush. I called the company and talked to Reed. He was so kind and willing to help me out. I was truly impressed! I love knowing I have a clean brush to use every day.

Shipping was great and delivery was fast! Toothbrush does all that TAO advertises. On the first use I noticed the difference in how clean my teeth felt. Oh I don't know if it's me but I am noticing my teeth getting whiter and it's been approximately 2 weeks of using the TAO toothbrush.
