I can’t say enough, the sea-foam color and the sleek design of the cradle which is quite functional. I love the fact it sanitizes your toothbrush while sitting in it’s cradle.

So far so good! Only had it for 1 week so I need more time! I love that it sanitizes & has 30 second intervals & shuts off after 2 minutes! Fast shipping!

I have been using my TAO toothbrush for years. I love that I can trust that the bristles are sanitized after each use. Having the autoship feature for new bristle heads is an added level of conveniency and cleanliness. I also use a nightguard, so I have the battery operated sanitizer for my manual toothbrush that I use to clean my nightguard. I've recommended your products to family.

The product malfunctioned the 1st week. I notified customer service for advice. I tried all troubleshooting recommendations. I received a return label, dropped off at UPS, received notification from TAO that new one would be shipped in just a few days and the next week my teeth were super clean again. Awesome product, awesome customer service, awesome return process and awesome quick replacement time!!! Need I say more?

TAO does lots of fancy marketing but I suggest you NOT buy their product. They promised they would include several extra and free items with my purchase, but were missing when it arrived. Contacted them, got empty promises that they would take care of the issue. TWO WEEKS went by and NOTHING!! Just multiple promises from their AI “assistant “ claiming to notify their “team” to assist me. Another week and no response from anyone except their “bot” who made more promises. Save your money !! Not worth the aggravation !!
