I have enjoyed my toothbrush up until last month. It won't charge anymore. I honestly think this product should last more than a year but it didn't. I would love a replacement if its possible. I don't think I should be charged for a replacement either.

Easy to order on website. Quick delivery and good communication on status. Very pleased with the product.

Chatbot not quite helpful but live customer service was outstanding. From the beginning, customer service from live to email was helpful and courteous. Deserve more than 5 stars. Love the product too. Better than other brands I’ve used.

The ordering snd shipping process were outstanding with email communication on each step. My problem is understanding all the attachments. There is a little booklet on how to connect and put together the main base. However, there is a secondary piece I have no idea what it is for and can’t seem to figure it out

Teeth feel very clean just like a cleaning at dentist.

My major objection to the toothbrush is the noise. However I researched it and found out that it's perfectly normal. What's very startling is when the vibrating head of the toothbrush actually comes in contact with my teeth. It get my attention. I like the styling. It's sleek and very modern looking. I was concerned about attaching the brush to the handle, there was some strong resistance. I went on YouTube and found one that showed using a considerable amount of force to push the brush onto the handle. It would be nice if there was a heads up in the instructions. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the discomfort of the vibrating handle contacting my teeth and lack of a heads upon how to attach the brush to the handle, and the issue with the handle on teeth.
