You have an amazing product at first it was awkward but I got use to the buzing. My teeth are so smooth and the feel so clean. It also seems that they are becoming whiter. I love the color Rose pink, it reminds me of a Jeanie bottle. lol It's not bulky and it looks pretty in the counter. I enjoy that when I am done brushing, I wipe in down and place it on the charger and it stralizes the brush. Love knowing I have a clean brush everytime. Their delivery was amazing and the product was kept safe in the package.

I am very excited about using this tooth brush. It is really different from anything I have used in the past.

The TAO tooth brush system is exactly what I was looking for. I actually enjoy brushing my teeth now.

Shipped when promised Site did not say the base needs to be plugged in at all times. This is a negative for me.

My original product was defective! It took 10 days to get a replacement! The customer service rep didn’t have any clue why it hadn’t been processed. I called twice on different days and got the same lame excuses and responses. 7 days into this I still hadn’t received my replacement or any response from anyone at the company! I finally emailed the company CEO and got the same lame excuses. However they did refund my money. Then they sent my replacement by a trucking company. Evidently no hurry on their part. Then the cheap trucking company they used said they couldn’t deliver the product because they had no access! One street under construction and they didn’t even try one of the other four access roads! I FINALLY got my replacement 10 DAYS LATER! My belief is if a company provides a defective product on the initial purchase they should overnight a new product and do everything in their power to provide a replacement as soon as possible! Not this company and they couldn’t care less!

I just opened one of my new toothbrushes for use last night & this morning. A bristle was sticking out at 90 degrees to the rest. It has scratched my gum so I removed it and tried bending or removing it without success. Disappointing, especially at this price point. Also the previous brush head kept coming off the hand after a couple months of use. PJ

Received product but not sure how all parts work. Toothbrush kind of tingles while using it. But getting used to it. Just haven't a clue what the smaller whit device is or what to do with it. Instructions are USELESS! Because they don't mention this additional part or what it's used for!!!

Excellent product/s, fast shipping, very helpful and informative Customer Service. And, this time, I found out that there is a more specific and useful, for me, toothbrush attachment!
