Customer service was prompt and got things done quickly . Helped with step by step instructions and once I sent in a video showing my unit not working I had my new unit within 5 days !

Great communication between time of placing the order and arrival of product. Shipping was efficient have only had it for roughly a week. Cannot give it five stars just yet.

Just received my Tao toothbrush about a week ago. So far, I absolutely love it! My teeth & mouth feel so clean & fresh afterwards. I love the blue color that I chose. This toothbrush is so powerful that it actually tickles my gums & mouth. That’s probably the only downside of this toothbrush. I hope it’s something that I’ll get used to. I also want to mention that customer support has been amazing. They are extremely helpful & professional. Simply a 10/10 for me.

I bought the Tao clean as a gift for my sister in 2025. She loves it. This year I decided to buy me one along with 6 others for my family. They arrived in good time. I plan to give them as Christmas gifts this year. When my sisters arrived she had 2 refill brushes so I assumed each order would have the same. My Order of 7 arrived with only 2refills.
