It was startling at first. I use a electric toothbrush. I did not expect the difference. It vibrated faster than expected.

I bought 2 toothbrushes and thought you would send 2 charging units. If I had know it was one per order I would have put in 2 different orders. Talked to customer support and they said sorry nothing we can do. Bad customer support

I contacted TAO when my toothbrush was not holding a charge. A customer service staff talked to me on the phone as soon as the first suggestion to fix it did not work. TAO sent me a new kit which arriveded just a few days from our first contact.

Honestly, I haven’t really had it long enough to give an honest judgment. I can tell that it has more brush rotations than my other toothbrush. I’d be happy to do this again later once I’ve had a chance to get to know my toothbrush.

I have been using my TAO electric toothbrush for a few days now and absolutely love it. The Ultrasound cleaning base is a great idea. Buying and using the toothbrush feels like an investment in something so important and costly to maintain like dental health. Thanks for the amazing customer service support as well.
