Jazmin at the Clifton, NJ Target Optical was beyond superb! She cared for my needs in a kind, caring, and professional manner. And she helped me find all discounts that were available. Well done Jazmin! And thanks so much!!

Sandra has been our customer service representative for several years now and for good reason. She is always helpful in every way. Whenever we 've come for adjustments, or concerns, her service is the same as if we were purchasing. We're grateful to have her. Thank you Sandra for all that you do.

Horrible we had made two appointments ahead of time then before our appointment we are told we have to pay for a mandates pictures of our eyes because the dr isn’t in and it is a televise visit. I tell them this is unfair that customers are being forced into paying for something just because of them wanting the convince of doing televised visits. Then I am told they will waive the two $35 fees and right as we are getting there I’m told the dr said no he will not waive the fee. He would rather lose two customers instead of keeping word on what we were told. We will never return and I will be contacting our insurance company as well. This location needs to be shut down. It is a scam.

I was making an appt. with Target's vision center in Hiram, GA. I called, was placed on hold, then disconnected. I called again, lots of noise in the background.Since you don't know who you are speaking with on the phone and whether they have a criminal record, I do NOT give my full DOB to a stranger on the phone. I spoke with Christina who decided she would NOT make the appt. because I would not give her the year. I kept asking for someone else to speak with, she said she was in charge. She finally decided to place me on another long hold to get infomation on the Office Manager. I called their competitor. I was told to give my full DOB when I come in to make the appointment. You lost my business and I got a day and time sooner!

easy to order & get your glasses fast

I ordered sunglasses using my insurance benefit however, I did not intend to order sunglasses and was not shopping in the sunglasses category so did not realize I had accidentally ordered sunglasses until they arrived. I only wear glasses when on the computer, not outside. I immediately contacted target optical for a return, they sent me the label and I sent in the glasses two weeks ago. There has been no refund of my insurance benefit so I won't be able to get new glasses until 2026 unless I pay out of pocket. I sent a message to target optical via the web portal which said there would be a response in 24 hours..that was two days ago and there has been no response. I still gave three stars because my past experience with purchasing glasses from Target was positive.

I will be using Target optical from now on, the prescription sunglasses I ordered are great and I received them very quickly, Thank you Target!

Ehh.. rude and could have been easier to communicate with
