The platform is simple to navigate
The platform is simple to navigate My only struggle with Tava is the repeated emails to update my payment type that throw me off, it's a bit hard to tell if something actually needs to be updated or not. Edit to add: while the auto-emails do make me a tiny bit anxious, the platform responses when asking have all been phenomenal, especially while transitioning from EAP to insurance/copay.

The whole experience has been very easy…
The whole experience has been very easy & helpful. I appreciate the options of being able to choose different therapists if needed & everything seems very user friendly. My therapist has been amazing and I feel very fulfilled with our sessions.
